Modern methods of removing bulk coating are very time-consuming and require large financial costs. Repairing such floors is also a very expensive and complex process.
3) a Narrow range of design and color solutions. The limited width of the range of this type of building materials can prevent you from “fitting” them into the interior of your apartment. Although with the advent of 3D floors, this problem has almost disappeared.
4) Low temperatures. The self-leveling floor feels much colder than wood or linoleum, so it is better to use it either in combination with the “warm floor” system or in combination with carpet coverings.
